Conference Structure
For your organization, the conference will run from Thursday June 26th at 8.45 am for Registration at the welcome desk until 19.30, time at which we will have a cheese and wine Networking Get together. During Thursday, lunch and coffee breaks will be served.
On Friday 27th June, Sessions will open at 9.30 am and we expect to close the Conference around 15pm. Lunch and Coffee breaks will be served. All lunches, Cheese and Wine and the Coffee Breaks are included in the conference Fees.

The campus is accessible by the Lisbon-Cascais Railway.”

On the Lisbon-Cascais railway the Stop for the campus is CARCAVELOS and then you have a 15 min walk or there is a shuttle ( small bus) from the train station that takes you to NovaSBE”
A taxi from the train station to campus costs around 7-10 eur
Hotels and train time-tables for the NovaSBE Campus
We are not recommending Hotels this year, but there are two hotels within walking distance: The Carcavelos Beach Hotel and Hotel Riviera.
Other than Carcavelos there are several Hotels in Belem, Estoril and Cascais and in Lisbon. Please take a look at GoogleMaps to check the distances from the hotels outside Carcavelos to the NovaSBE Campus

After June 15th
€ 140 Regular participants and Speakers
€100 Ph.D candidates, Master students, Undergraduate students

If you need an INVOICE after you make the transfer, please say so in your EMAIL, and provide us with the appropriate data : Person to whom the invoice is addressed to and FISCAL NUMBER if appropriate.
We will provide you with the INVOICE at the Registration Welcome Desk during the Conference.
